Cancellation Policy

Booking and Scheduling • Booking Process: To book our services, you must complete our online booking form and pay for your meal prep. • Cancellation: Cancellations OR rescheduling will be accepted up to 72-hours prior to the booking date and any monies paid, will be held for a future booking within a 1-month period, (2) When cancellations OR rescheduling within 72-hours of the booking, any payment made is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE, (3) No refund or credit will apply for cancellations or amendments made on the day of the service.
