We started YKP Meal Prep Service after way too many nights of feeling exactly like you. Between work and the kids, we were running around, dreading the thought of making dinner. That’s when we decided to focus on the solution instead of the problem. Chris took on the task of prepping meals every two weeks, and the difference was incredible! Our stress levels dropped, we spent more quality time with the kids, and we were ordering takeout way less. We were saving at least 4-5 hours every week, plus money and effort.

That’s when it hit us—we could help other families in the same situation. We couldn’t be the only ones feeling this way, right? Now, prepping food for two weeks isn’t a quick task, especially if you’re not a chef (trust me, I’ve tried!). But Chris can knock it out in about two hours, depending on how many meals.
