By using our website https://www.yourkitchenpantry.com.au/ placing an order, or engaging with our services, you ("Client", "you", "your") agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our services. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. Services Provided
Your Kitchen Pantry provides personalized in-home meal preparation services to clients based on their dietary preferences, goals, and needs. Our services may include:
• Meal planning and preparation
• In-home cooking and meal portioning
These services are subject to the terms set forth herein.

3. Client Responsibilities
• Access & Facilities: You agree to provide access to your home, kitchen, and any necessary equipment (such as appliances and utensils) for the meal preparation. You understand that it is your responsibility to remove from plain sight and/or secure all valuables in your residence before our representative arrives to cook in your kitchen. Failure to adhere to your obligations hereunder may result in our inability to provide you with a cooking service. In no instance will YKP be liable to you or any third party for any alleged or actual damages or losses resulting directly or indirectly from your failure to adhere to your obligations under this Agreement.
• Health and Safety: You are responsible for informing us of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions that may affect your meals before your meal prep. We cannot guarantee that meals will be free from cross-contamination, but we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your needs. Our chefs are trained in food safety and handling & your food safety is of our highest priority. It is important that we can work in a clean, clutter free environment with a clean and empty sink, dishwasher and benches. Please inform us prior to your service if you require us to bring a collapsible table due to limited bench space. Our recipes are prepared fresh, on your premises, with your fresh ingredients. YKP will not be held responsible for any issues arising from the freshness of the items that you provide for us to prepare.
• Payment & Fees: You are responsible for paying all fees associated with our services. Prices may vary based on the complexity of the meal plan and number of servings.
• Other Requirements: The customer will do all things necessary to enable the provider to efficiently perform the booked services. The customer will provide the necessary ingredients, as provided on the shopping list, which are required for the service. YKP will not be held responsible for lack of flavour due to missing ingredients. The customer will do all things possible to provide a safe environment for the chef to carry out the service.
4. Payment & Pricing
• Pricing: All prices for services will be provided to you prior to booking. Prices may chance at any time.
• Payment Method: Payments must be made via our website. Full payment is due upon booking or as specified at the time of service.
• E-gift voucher: Gift vouchers purchased from Your kitchen pantry are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issuance. After the expiration date, any unused balance or value on the gift voucher will be forfeited, and no refunds or extensions will be provided. It is the recipient's responsibility to redeem the voucher within the 12-month validity period. Once expired, the voucher is no longer valid, and no claims for refunds or reissuance will be accepted. Please ensure to use the voucher before the expiration date to take full advantage of the services offered. Please confirm that we serve your area before purchasing our egift card. We do not offer refunds if we are not servicing your location.

5. Booking and Scheduling
• Booking Process: To book our services, you must complete our online booking form and pay for your meal prep.
• Cancellation: (1)Cancellations OR rescheduling will be accepted up to 72-hours prior to the booking date and any monies paid, will be held for a future booking within a 1-month period, (2) When cancellations OR rescheduling within 72-hours of the booking, any payment made is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE, (3) No refund or credit will apply for cancellations or amendments made on the day of the service.

6. Client Behaviour
You agree to:
• Provide accurate information regarding your dietary preferences, allergies, and other health-related matters.
• Treat our staff with respect and courtesy.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized kitchen space for meal preparation.
We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your Kitchen Pantry and its employees, agents, and subcontractors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to:
• Food allergies or intolerances
• Injury or illness resulting from improper food handling or preparation
• Failure to meet dietary goals or preferences
Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the specific service that led to the claim.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, designs, and trademarks, is the property of Your Kitchen Pantry or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our content without prior written permission.
9. Privacy Policy

Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms will be exclusively brought in the courts located in Albany, Western Australia.
